I want to take this opportunity to thank you for the outstanding job you did marketing and ultimately selling my home.  From the very start you were courteous, knowledgeable and professional.

Your renovation recommendations for a house that had been a rental property for 16 years were excellent and reflected your vast knowledge of the market.   I was pleasantly surprised by your willingness to review my paint, carpet and tile selections at the neighborhood Lowes to ensure that they appealed to the widest array of buyers.

Since I no longer live in Jacksonville, you gave up your time to oversee various maintenance contractors including the air conditioner repair, septic repair, lawn care, granite countertop installation, carpet and tile installation and interior painting.

Throughout the nearly 5 month process you remained positive without being a “cheerleader”.   You were always available by mail or cell phone and provided timely feedback about how things were going.

Today, with customer service on the decline, it was refreshing to find someone who embraced the concept.
